As a comment only I like mention you that in the written text, you didn´t include the Siblings Daniel and Edwar, about whom you spoke in the audio, but I knew that Daniel is a student and Edwuar is a Farmer.
As a comment in the audio introduction, you should have present the correct pronunciation to the “administrative assistant” phrase, because in the audio you said it in other form.
